What we collect

Depending on the form you use, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, street address or neighborhood, city, ZIP code, your message, the topic you selected, how you would like to help, yard-sign details, and your email consent choice.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to residents, coordinate yard-sign requests, send campaign updates to people who separately opt in, organize volunteers, and understand what matters to the community.

Who can access it

Only authorized staff of this campaign can access submissions. Records are stored in a secured system used by this campaign alone, are not shared with any other campaign, and are not publicly searchable.

How you found us

When you submit a form, we also record how you reached this site — for example from Facebook, a search engine, or by typing the address directly. This is stored alongside your submission for campaign reporting only. It is never published or sold.

We do not sell your information

The campaign will not sell personal information. Requesting a sign or sending a message does not add you to campaign email, and providing a phone number does not sign you up for text messages.

Email consent

Email consent is always a separate, unchecked choice, and we record the exact wording you agreed to and when. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Your submissions stay private

Messages you send stay private to authorized campaign staff. Nothing you write is posted publicly without your permission, and any public summary is written and reviewed by the campaign without names, addresses, contact details, or identifying details.

Correction and deletion

You may ask the campaign to correct, delete, or anonymize your information, or to unsubscribe, by sending a request through the contact form. We will act on the request promptly.
